This place is great! My son, who is seven years old started piano lessons just over two months ago. He has made some great strides and really loves taking lessons with Mr. Mark. It’s actually hard to believe it’s only been two months since he seems to be flying through the books. I will say I do have him practice every day for about 20 minutes and that is making all the difference with his progress.When I first learned of DEA, I loved that it was super conveniently located in Morristown. I had heard of them from a friend who had a great experience, where their daughter was given the option to try lots of different instruments before picking what she would like to pursue playing. We decided on piano and couldn’t be happier. Sherma, who is probably the one you will talk to first, is so nice and sweet and very helpful. She also does voice lessons and we are hoping to sign my son up for that as well in the near future. If I could, I would sign him up for all the lessons, because the caliber of teaching is very high quality. They also really want to get involved with the community, and I think building connections and supporting one another is incredibly important now. I definitely recommend checking them out!

Sherma and Mark are wonderful people, talented musicians. I went to visit before signing my daughter up for summer camp and I got instant good vibes. My daughter loves camp and only wants to go to camp and not school. Celia the art teacher is very kind and great with the kids. I feel really thankful to have DEA and Sherma and Mark in my community. This is a wonderful little gem that everyone in Morristown and surrounding areas should really check out.

I just got my first bass lesson here by Craig absolutely phenomenal teacher insanely impressive guitar player the atmosphere of the place was very welcoming sharma was very friendly and kind to speak with as well as mark very cool guy who is a virtuoso of numerous instruments from brass to the strings all in all his place was absolutely terrific I definitely have plans on returning

My daughter (7 years old) and I have been taking piano and voice lessons with Eric. He is truly amazing with his knowledge of music and teaching for kids and adults. Each lesson is always fun and exciting where we both learn new songs to practice. He allows us to choose songs of our liking and works patiently with us. Always a pleasure!!
